Why "RightWay"?
RightWay Ventures was started by 2 friends-turned-business-partners who had already built separate careers on helping people. The name RightWay was born out of a belief that people should be treated the right way, and business deals should be done the right way. Even when it is "inconvenient." RightWay Ventures actually turns down potential deals if there is not a way for the other party involved to win as well. We don't take advantage of peoples' circumstances, but rather try to put them in a position to get a win.
We also pride ourselves on being creative, and innovative. We see the world differently, believing that any obstacle can be overcome, and any solution can be discovered, if you are willing to put the work in and figure it out. We are always learning to get better at what we do, and striving to put ourselves in a position to create the best deals possible for our clients and business partners.
TEAM
The Founders- Josiah Graves and Brian Pierce
Josiah and Brian became friends through working together at another business. After being friends for several years, and finding they had a lot in common, including a love of Real Estate Investing, they founded RightWay Ventures in September of 2020.
Josiah Graves
CEO
Josiah handles the business end of RightWay Ventures. From finances, to legal, to business operations.

Josiah is a serial entrepreneur, all the way back to when he was 12 years old and would hold bake sales at the top of his parents' driveway on Saturday mornings. He started his first business, a lawn care and landscaping company, when he was 13 years old. He has a background in TV and Video Production, is a full-time Health Insurance Agent, and is building a Marketing brand as well.

Josiah also has a very active Family life. At home he has a wife that he has been together with since they were 16 years old, and 4 kids.
Brian Pierce
CMO
Brian handles the Marketing and Deal Acquisition end of RightWay Ventures. He is usually the first point of contact for a potential Real Estate deal or Opportunity.
​
Brian is also a serial entrepreneur. He has had several successful businesses including a Health Insurance Agency and telecommunications. Brian is also a Veteran, having served our Country as a Marine during Desert Storm.

Brian is extremely busy at home, raising his 2 kids in addition to running his businesses.
